Mr. Nair has been involved in take-nothing verdicts representing hospital clients in the mid-Atlantic, dismissals of litigation and administrative agency cases involving education clients in Texas, the mid-Atlantic, the Northeast, and the Pacific Northwest, and proactively protecting clients through effective advice and developing policies and procedures designed to mitigate or altogether wholly eliminate legal risk.
