Marc is a native Texan born and raised in Dallas County whose dedicated litigation practice is focused almost exclusively on insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, construction defects, and cyber liability claims. Over the last decade and a half, he’s had the opportunity and the pleasure to represent a diverse range of clients from manufacturers to athletic facilities, schools, restaurants, retailers, construction companies and individuals in a wide array of cases from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to Austin, San Antonio, Houston, East Texas, and everywhere in between. He has experience handling cases from intake to evaluation and discovery, including expert and fact witness depositions, and eventually all the way through resolution, whether it be through trial, settlement, or dismissal. While willing to fight hard for his clients when the occasion calls for it, he understands that often the best path forward is through compromise. His goal is always to quickly evaluate a case so as to efficiently determine whether it is one that needs to be stiffly defended, quickly resolved, or perhaps just needs a little more investigation to decide the best path forward. In his free time Marc enjoys spending time with his wife (Addy), his son Luke, and their dog (Ranger); watching his favorite teams (his TCU Horned Frogs, Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, and Dallas Mavs); going to concerts, and occasionally playing sports. He also spends ample time learning Portuguese to keep up with his bilingual wife and son.
