SUCCESSFUL CONSTRUCTION OUTCOMES FOR JAMES BERTSCH, ET AL

Partners James Bertsch and Amie Fordan and associate Tim Smith recently obtained a summary judgment in favor of a subcontractor in a state district court in Dallas. The subcontractor was included in the construction project’s CCIP program, and the Touchstone Bernays’ attorneys successfully convinced the court that the subcontractor was protected by the workers’ compensation exclusive remedy provision for injury claims by an employee of another subcontractor.
