Octavio Dominguez authored an article, “Supreme Court Eliminates Bad Faith Tort?”, which has been published in the November issue of the Dallas Bar Association Headnotes. This article examines the recent 5-4 split Texas Supreme Court decision which held that workers’ compensation claimants can no longer assert a common-law claim for breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing.
