JAMES BERTSCH QUALIFIES AS A TAM MEMBER

Organized in 1985, the Texas Association of Mediators is known as an organization that represents mediators from all professional backgrounds and practice areas.  TAM is also known for its outstanding annual conferences that feature dispute resolution professionals of national and international renown.  To qualify as a “Member” of TAM, the candidate must meet specific educational and experience requirements, including one hundred (100) hours of documented mediation experience.

James has represented parties in hundreds of mediations over the course of almost 32 years.  Beginning over 10 years ago, Dallas County courts began appointing James as a mediator.  Thereafter, in 2010, James completed formal mediation training and has since been actively involved in the ADR/Mediation process.  Please contact James regarding his services as a mediator for both pre-suit disputes and pending litigation matters.
